I remember the first time I walked into the space. I was getting frustrated of viewing space after space and not finding the one. I would scour craiglist for hours, call real estate company one after another and ultimately leave disappointed. I then decided to call a place in Tremont despite that it said it was a raw space and had no pictures. He was available that night and my husband and I drove up. I gasped when I walked in but not because of how gorgeous it was but because….of the mess! This place was a disaster but I put my imagination to work and I knew with a little (well, a lot) of work, it would be amazing.
This set is actually our 4 or 5th visit after most of the mess had been picked up. A couple walls have also been removed.
Here is a week later. I am sure in pictures it does not seem like a big change but in a week 2 doors were closed off to make a full wall, a wall was moved to create more window light, it was cleaned up more. the bathroom was made larger by knocking out to awkward closets and my shooting space had the walls knocked down to make a very large L shape.
This was a huge change! We had the wall/door opening moved to the opposite side so we could take advantage of the great light in the space.
Another big transformation. The top row is from last week and the bottom is the new space. Two walls were knocked down to make one giant L shaped room. This will have my backdrops for pinup, a room with a bed set up and then another room yet to be decided.
Stay tuned for more updates on our next visit!
