“I never SAW myself doing something like this”

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE?
It is so so hard to pick a favorite part. I would say EVERYTHING! From the hair and makeup to the actual photo shoot onto the viewing of my photos, the entire experience was amazing! Ramona, Jessica and Leah were so sweet and didn’t act like they were at their “job” even though they were very professional but more so, they were personable.  

DID ANYTHING CHANGE ABOUT HOW YOUR SEE YOURSELF?
I never SAW myself doing something like this to begin with. So by making the decision to do this made me change how I see myself. I never thought I could but I DID and I would do it again! 

WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO DO A BOUDOIR SESSION?
A friend of mine had one done a few years back. When my husband found out about it he said he wished that I would do something like that for him. I said “NO WAY” but in the back of my mind I thought that when we got to our 10 year anniversary I would try to do it for him. The amazing thing I came to find out was I COULD do it and enjoyed every second! 

BEFORE YOUR SESSION, WHAT WERE YOU MOST NERVOUS ABOUT?
The obvious things, being naked in front of someone else, not knowing how to pose, and afraid I wouldn’t like any of the photos. 

AFTER THE SHOOT, HOW DID YOU FEEL?
I was surprised! Surprised that I was down to my undies and felt comfortable. I couldn’t believe I had done it! and I was so excited to see the photos! 

WHAT WAS YOUR INITIAL REACTION TO THE IMAGES?
I couldn’t believe it was me! I couldn’t believe how many of the photos I loved! I had such a hard time narrowing it down for the photo book. I could have sat there all day and stared at ME! Usually I avoid the mirror and photos of myself. but it was a completely different experience looking at those photos! 

ANY ADVICE FOR OTHERS LOOKING TO DO A SHOOT?
I am sure everyone else says the same exact thing that I am about to say, but if you have multiple people saying the same exact thing it has to be true right??? JUST DO IT! Do it for yourself, do it for a significant other, do it just to say you did. I promise you that you will NOT regret it! It truly is an experience that is like nothing else in this world. Put any self doubt you have to the side and give this a try. Have fun with it too! Go lingerie shopping, go to a spa, get your hair and nails done. Have Ramona do your hair and makeup the day of the shoot and make it a truly memorable experience.
