You know when you’re getting dressed up for a wedding or fancy dinner, maybe just looking in front of a mirror and you’re self conscience about how you look? Well after I got to see the pictures it was obvious how good I felt doing it because I looked so good! It was like my positive energy was coming through the photos, and I’m going to look through them the next time I start getting negative about myself. -Mrs. C
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE?
Getting my pictures taken felt daring, and the rush I got from doing something completely out of my element was intoxicating. 
WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO DO A BOUDOIR SESSION?
During a girl’s weekend, a couple friends of mine had revealed they got boudoir photos done just before their weddings and they loved the experience. I’ve been married for 4 years and wanted to do something special for myself and my husband. Though I was skeptical at first, I saw photos of Cleveland Boudoir women online and was so impressed with how beautiful everyone looked, that I knew this was what I wanted to do and where I wanted to do it.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION, WHAT WERE YOU MOST NERVOUS ABOUT?
I didn’t know how to pose and I didn’t want to look like something I’m not. Jessica’s direction is incredible and though it felt like I was holding intense yoga-like poses, the results were beautiful.
AFTER THE SHOOT, HOW DID YOU FEEL?
AMAZING! My confidence level shot up to 100%. I’m usually a comfy bra girl, but I kept the fancy lingerie on and went out to dinner that night feeling like a movie star.
WHAT WAS YOUR INITIAL REACTION TO THE IMAGES?
I got to see a couple pictures on the camera and was so happy with how they were turning out even though I felt like I was shaped into a pretzel at times. When I got to go through all of them I was so happy with how they all turned out that it was hard to select which ones would go into my album.
ANY ADVICE FOR OTHERS LOOKING TO DO A SHOOT?
Do it! Don’t be shy—it’s not scary, silly or taboo and you’ll be so proud of yourself once you see how sexy you look. Don’t doubt yourself because it is such an uplifting experience. Ramona creates magical hair and Jessica is so helpful with posing you that you won’t worry about anything. The studio itself is comfortable and private. You’re in really good hands.
ARE THE PHOTOS A GIFT FOR YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE?
Both – and I got the little black book so I can go through my favorites whenever I want. The whole experience was a gift to myself to prove that I could be sexy and confident and feel beautiful. I would definitely return for a themed shoot, maybe for the holidays or Valentine’s Day.
